Pusatec’s Integrated System in a Nutshell

What is Pusatec’s integrated system?

Simply put, our integrated system is a set of connected Pusatec hardware and software, made to function seamlessly together. Our integrated system can include, for example, our smart lockers, access control, POS system, webshop and centralized management and reporting tools.

Because we design, develop and manufacture our own products, we have the best possible knowledge and skills to make our solutions work together in an optimal way. As a result, all our solutions are designed from the start to communicate with each other and work seamlessly together. This connectivity naturally offers great benefits to our customers.

Here are a few examples of how this plays out in practice:

• Our solutions can have centralized management and reporting. As all parts of the system are made by us, we can develop and offer extremely efficient management tools for controlling and monitoring the whole system.‍
• Our webshop and booking systems can synchronize automatically with access control. For example, when customers purchase QR tickets from our webshop, they can immediately use them for access. Access can be restricted as efficiently too, for superior security.‍
• Our POS and smart lockers can communicate with access control. If a customer has an unpaid tab on their wristband or hasn’t unlocked their locker before leaving, access control will prevent them from leaving the premises.

There is also a great added benefit for getting all parts of the system from Pusatec: only one provider is needed for the whole system. If the system is procured “piece by piece” from different suppliers, organising and communicating with different stakeholders becomes a lot more difficult. With us, however, we can provide everything needed. Procurement, delivery, installation, support service – all can be handled by Pusatec.
