Saunaravintola Kaarna, located in Kaarina in Southwestern Finland, is a modern and atmospheric sauna restaurant that took our new capacity-based booking system into use for handling sauna shifts.
Kaarna was the first to implement Pusatec’s new capacity-based booking system. With it, customers can easily book sauna shifts from Pusatec Webshop with the time and number of people of their choosing. Our capacity-based booking system prevents making bookings over the capacity set for the location. Thus the personnel at Kaarna can rest assured that the sauna is not overbooked and there is adequate space for all. The personnel can also manually manage the bookings in the Pusatec Portal management tool. This way, closing bookings for the duration of private events, for example, is easy.
Pusatec solutions are designed to work seamlessly together – this is how our access control system, smart lockers and booking systems work smoothly together at Kaarna. Customers can make their sauna shift bookings and pay them in Pusatec Webshop. At Kaarna, the customer receives a wristband that allows them to conveniently pass through the access control and also lock their smart locker in the changing room. Sales data from the bookings is transferred to the Pusatec Portal and compiled into extensive reports and accounting data.
